Q: What is the deposit?

A: $1500 that will come off of your final bill.  The deposit is nonrefundable.

Q: Can you pencil me in for a date until we decide?

A: No I'm sorry.  We cannot secure any dates unless a signed contract and a deposit is received.

Q: Do you have a place onsite for the wedding party to get ready?

A: We don't have a specific bridal suite.  However, most of our brides / bridesmaids get their hair and makeup done off-site and then slip on their dresses at our venue.  We do have a private spot where they can hang out prior to ceremony.  We also have a separate area where the groom / groomsmen can hang out too.

Q: When do you need our exact head count for dinner?

A: Two weeks prior to your wedding date.

Q: What does your food and beverage minimum all include?

A: Any hosted food and beverage that you are purchasing on day of your wedding. 

Q: Is your banquet facility handicap accessible?

A: Yes it is as required by the Americans with Disabilities Act.  It's extremely easy for guests to get around.  There are no stairs or elevators to mess with.

Q: Can we bring in our own wedding cake?

A: Yes, the wedding dessert (cake, cupcakes, ice cream, etc) is the only food or beverage you may bring in from the outside.  All other food and beverage items must be purchased through Whispering Springs.

Q: What are the exact times that we would have access to the banquet facility?

A: From 10:00am to midnight.  Our bartenders will call 'last call' about 20 minutes before your entertainment stops.  Our event manager will work with you on when exactly you need to get your items out of the space. 

Q: What is your gratuity and tax?

A: All food and beverage is subject to an automatic 20% taxable service charge and 5.5% state sales tax.

Q: We want to show a slideshow, do you have audio visual equipment?

A: Yes we have projectors and screens to rent.  We also have two TVs in the bar area where we can have your slideshow looping.

Q: Is there a hotel near your venue?

A: Unfortunately, our venue is a little more remote and does not have a hotel within close proximity.  However, we are located right off of Hwy 23 and close by Hwy 151 so hotels are within a 10-15 min drive. 

Q: Is parking free and plentiful?

A: Yes!  We have plenty of parking, and if there are people who need to keep their cars overnight in our lot, they can certainly do that.
